I’m originally from a small town in western Kansas—Damar. Growing up in a tight-knit community taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and showing up for others—things I carry with me every day as a chiropractor, coach, and dad.
I went to Fort Hays State University, where I competed in high jump. That experience didn’t just shape me as an athlete—it sparked my passion for movement, performance, and understanding how the body works. Today, I still stay involved by training high jump athletes and helping out with local track programs.
Outside the clinic, I’m a proud girl dad of two and spend my free time outdoors—whether that’s playing basketball, jumping into a game of sand volleyball, or just being active with my kids. I love helping people reconnect with the things they enjoy by building strength, confidence, and resilience through movement.
I started Elevate Performance and Chiropractic because I saw a major gap in the way chiropractic care was being delivered. Too often, people walk into a clinic in pain and leave with the same short-term fix they’ve been given time and time again—without ever understanding the why behind their pain or how to truly get better.
I wanted to create something different.
Being stuck in the traditional chiropractic model—where the focus is often limited to quick adjustments or rigid treatment protocols—holds people back. It puts a cap on real progress. I kept seeing people plateau, get frustrated, and feel like they were just managing pain rather than overcoming it.
At Elevate, everything we do is built around long-term results, not temporary relief. We take the time to understand your goals, your movement patterns, and the root cause of what’s holding you back. From there, we build personalized plans using rehab-based strategies, functional movement, and strength-focused care to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free.
You’re not a protocol—you’re a person. And you deserve care that reflects that.
Elevate Performance and Chiropractic is my answer to a system that needed to evolve. It's a space where people feel heard, supported, and challenged. Where the goal isn't just to get you out of pain—but to keep you doing the things you love with confidence.
